How to Obtain a No. 53 - Writ of Control

Step One

Download the necessary forms:-

Step Two

Complete the form N293A ‘Combined certificate of judgment and request for writ of control or writ of possession’ and send to the court that issued your judgment.

The court will stamp the N293A form and return it to you.

Step Three

Complete the form No. 53 Writ of Control and send the following documents:-

  • Completed No. 53 - Writ of Control
  • Court stamped N293A Form
  • Payment (as required by the court)

Step Four

Once the High Court returns your sealed No. 53 - Writ of Control then you can send the original sealed Writ to us for allocation of an enforcement officer. Our address is:-

Upon receiving the original sealed No.53 Writ of Control that the High Court has posted to you, we will allocate it to a High Court Enforcement Officer on your behalf. We will contact you via post or email to confirm the name and contact details of the Enforcement Officer.

Please note, we are only able to allocate original sealed Writs of Control or Possession that have been posted to you. Copies will not be processed and will be returned to you.

However if the court has electronically sealed your Writ and has emailed it to you, we request that you forward the email to us in order to have it allocated to a High Court Enforcement Officer.

How to Obtain a No. 66 - Writ of Possession

Step One

Download the necessary forms:-

Step Two

Complete the form N293A ‘Combined certificate of judgment and request for writ of control or writ of possession’ and send to the court that issued your judgment.

The court will then stamp the N293A form and return it to you.

Step Three

Complete the form No. 66 - Writ of Possession and send:-

  • Completed ‘No. 66 - Writ of Possession’
  • Court stamped N293A Form
  • Payment (as required by the court)
