We looked across our data on Parliamentary Constituencies to specifically analyse the General Election 2019 through the lens of CCJs.

This dashboard provides a summary of our analysis, looking at the swing constituencies in comparison to all as well as the rule breakers amongst the swings that tell a slightly different story. More detailed analysis can be found here.

Satisfactions are imperative in relieving the financial distress caused by debt, yet their rates are falling. We looked across our jurisdictions to see how different areas were performing but also into the life cycle of a judgment becoming a satisfaction.
