We are pleased to share with you details about a new monitoring service we’re offering here at Registry Trust called TrustWatch™. Tracking and monitoring CCJs takes a lot of time, effort and resources, so we have designed a service that eliminates that headache for our customers, allowing them to focus their energy on other vital business operations. This monitoring service is available in two packages: TrustWatch™ Reputation Protection and TrustWatch™ Added Value.

TrustWatch™ Reputation Protection supports our customers’ efforts to maintain, improve and protect their company’s reputation and brand. Many companies unknowingly acquire CCJs through overlooked customer expenses or refunds. These uncharted CCJs may damage the company’s reputation when potential customers search the register during due diligence checks, or when a media outlet publishes their existence. Getting bogged down tracking and monitoring CCJs consumes valuable staff time, so TrustWatch™ will do it instead. Our in-house team will monitor and track any existing or new judgments incurred against the customer’s company or organisation. The data will then be compiled into a report and sent to the customer, allowing them to address the judgments accordingly.

TrustWatch™ Added Value is a multi-search service that allows our customers to add value to their existing offerings by monitoring and tracking CCJs related to their clients or properties in their care. An example of this service is Letting Agents ability to add the monitoring of any existing or new CCJs associated with the properties in their portfolio as a value added service to their landlord customers. CCJs associated with their managed properties may be an indication of tenants experiencing financial distress or possible tenancy fraud such as sub-letting. This added value service helps businesses attract new customers by standing out from the competition, and will also aid in forecasting and mitigating possible future risks and threats to revenue.

This cost effective service will help your business protect its reputation, attract new customers, and identify possible risks. Customers can opt for weekly, monthly, quarterly or bi-annual reports according to their needs. If you would like to learn more about the convenience and protection TrustWatch™ can deliver to your business or organisation, please contact our Account Manager, Luke Meadows directly at l.meadows@registry-trust.org.uk. He is ready to answer all your questions and create a solution that fits your businesses’ needs perfectly.
